Mobile Computing

I tore apart several computers but there were still memories.  So I kept a few pieces.  This weekend I laid out all that junk and tied it together.  See for yourself.

A Mobile History

35 years of connecting things together

Hanging by cabling wires are two motherboards: Apple and Cumulus PC, a truly floppy diskette, a hard drive with two platters, a single disk from a hard drive, a serial two button mouse, a Wifi card, a Scsi connector, and 16 K of memory.  Oh yes, a temple bell from Japan.

  1. Impressive! I can’t believe how well it looks, artistically, digitally and the whole story behind it. Another innovative way to let it go. Thanks for the inspiration and make the world a better place. I am climbing down my soapbox now.
